We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Limited stock availability or restrictions on purchase quantity.
- Errors in product details or pricing.
- Payment or credit verification issues.
If your order is canceled by us, we will notify you and provide a full refund within 1-2 working days via NEFT/IMPS if payment has already been processed.
Order Cancellation by Customers
Before Dispatch:
- If you request cancellation before your order has been processed and dispatched, we will cancel it and provide a full refund within 1-2 working days.
After Dispatch:
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or returned.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after dispatch.
